But now, using artificial intelligence technology we can help you collect, sort and manage the best your team has to offer. It's done with complete privacy for protection yet in a way that gives people the confidence they can be open and honest.

We ask two polar questions. You give us as many tweet length answers (160 characters) for each question as you can in four minutes. We help get your creativity rolling with background music, coaching ideas and an attractive interface.
When positive ideas are identified or problems solved, the automated system gives the option of reaching out to each other. This enables the idea generator to receive credit or be contacted for further insight, but gives the option to remain private if they want.
